Sami Seif gives a presentation about his flute piece Miniatures from Phoenicia. The presentation is titled Echoes of Phoenicia: Spirit of the Ancient World in Contemporary Flute Music. The presentation will feature a performance of Miniatures from Phoenicia by Amir Farsi.
The Foundation for Modern Music will perform Orientalism (2020, rev. 2021) for String Quartet as a result of the work winning first prize in Robert Avalon International Competition for Composers.
