Dustin White performs Miniatures from Phoenicia (movements I and III) for Flute Alone at Mid-Atlantic Flute Convention at Piedmont. This will be part of his lecture-recital Exploring the Arabic Nay: An Examination of Sound, Technique, and Application to the Flute Repertoire.

Orientalism will be performed by Josh Modney and Gabriela Diaz (Violins), Kyle Armbrust (Viola), and Mariel Roberts (Cello)

Syriac Fugato 2, Version for Violin and Viola performed by Shaleah Feinstein (Violin) and Noémie Chemali (Viola).

Syriac Fugato 2 for Two Violas will be performed by Carla Mendoza and Zephyr Wills.

Orientalism for String Quartet will be performed by ETHEL quartet at the TUTTI Festival in Denison University, Michael D. Eisner Center for the Performing Arts - Burke Recital Hall

Sami Seif gives a presentation about his flute piece Miniatures from Phoenicia. The presentation is titled Echoes of Phoenicia: Spirit of the Ancient World in Contemporary Flute Music. The presentation will feature a performance of Miniatures from Phoenicia by Amir Farsi.

The Foundation for Modern Music will perform Orientalism (2020, rev. 2021) for String Quartet as a result of the work winning first prize in Robert Avalon International Competition for Composers.

Sami Seif holds a presentation and workshop on Syriac Fugato 3 for Six Low Flutes at the International Low Flutes Festival. This will be held in Piedmont 2.
